Dispersion Prisms
Dispersion prisms can produce dispersion. Grand Unified Optics provides dispersion prisms with a size of 10 mm to 50 mm. We also provide dispersion prisms with various material substrates, including optical glass of H-F4 and H-F13, as well as infrared substrate calcium fluoride (CaF2) and zinc selenide (ZnSe), which can be applied to different wavelengths from ultraviolet to far infrared. Calcium Fluoride (CaF2) is a low index material featuring excellent transmission from 0.18 - 8μm, ideal for use in the Ultraviolet (UV) through Infrared (IR). Zinc Selenide (ZnSe) is commonly used from 1 - 16μm, ideal for use with CO2 lasers.
